Deposit/Refund Policy

The cost for the 2008 Reno Rodeo Cattle Drive will be $1,600.00 per person if paid in full by March 14, 2008. The cost will be $1,800.00 after March 14, this fee includes your horse, all meals, ground transportation and a lot of fun! We apologize for the price increase. The cost of transporting horses and cows went up dramatically with the high costs of fuel. We hope you understand.

Deposits of 50% ($800.00) are taken on a first come, first serve basis until we are full. Simply put, we will not hold a space from you, unless we have received the full $800.00 deposit per person.

Payment in full must be received by the Rodeo Office by March 14, 2008, to insure the earlybird discount. If we do not receive the balance of your payment by March 15, 2008, we will give your slot to someone on the waiting list. You can roll over the deposit for one year, but the price for the 2009 Cattle Drive is $1,800.00. Or you can request a refund, in writing, and you will be refunded your deposit, minus a $150.00 processing fee. A doctor's request for you to drop out will not waive the processing fee.
