Important Dates

• January 1, 2012 -Make your airline and hotel reservations (suggested)
• April 15, 2012  -Balance due in full.
• April 15, 2012 -Notarized liability release due.
• April 19, 2012 -Last day to request a refund.

• ASAP -Check your gear, sleeping bag to the cleaners, break in those hats and boots

• June 9, 2012 -(Saturday) Arrive in Reno
• June 10, 2012 -(Sunday) The adventure begins!
• June 14, 2012 -(Thursday) End of the trail and luncheon 
• June 15, 2012 -(Friday Night) First performance of the "Wildest, Richest Rodeo in the West," the Reno Rodeo.

Fees:
The cost for the 2012 Reno Rodeo Cattle Drive will be $1,600 per person. This includes your horse,
all meals, ground transportation and a lot of fun!

Deadline:

Deposit of 50% ($800.00) with application should be sent as soon as possible to reserve a spot.  Payment in full must be received in the Rodeo Office by April 15, 2012.

The following Documents should all be mailed to the Reno Rodeo Office. 

• Application with Deposit
• Liability Release. Must be notarized in Advance.
• Request for additional rodeo tickets
