Important Dates • January 1, 2010 -Make your airline and hotel reservations (suggested)
• March 15, 2010 -Balance due in full.
• March 15, 2010 -Notarized liability release due.
• April 19, 2010 -Last day to request a refund.
• ASAP -Check your gear, sleeping bag to the cleaners, break in those hats and boots
• June 12, 2010 -Arrive in Reno
• June 13, 2010 -The adventure begins!
• June 17, 2010 -End of the trail and luncheon
• June 18, 2010 -First performance of the "Wildest, Richest Rodeo in the West," the Reno Rodeo.

The cost for the 2010 Reno Rodeo Cattle Drive will be $1,600 per person. This includes your horse,
all meals, ground transportation and a lot of fun! Deadline: Deposit of 50% ($800.00) with application should be sent as soon as possible to reserve a spot. Payment in full must be received in the Rodeo Office by March 15, 2010. Document Check List The following Documents should all be filed with the Reno Rodeo Office.
